Hiya – you’re sure right that consistency is key. I suppose the word I use more often is that social media is a commitment. You don’t have to start huge, but once you start, going backwards is tricky. By engaging, you’re making a promise to your community and customers that you’ll be available and participatory, and backing out on that can be worse than never starting the dialogue at all.

Thanks for the entry. I appreciate it. Consistency is important!

With regard to our panel, I’d say it really isn’t targeted to “n00bs” or those new to the space… I hope that we can offer something of value to some folks that are already in the space working, as well. At the end of the day, we’re here to help, rather than shame.
