		<description>Hiya - you&#039;re sure right that consistency is key. I suppose the word I use more often is that social media is a commitment. You don&#039;t have to start huge, but once you start, going backwards is tricky. By engaging, you&#039;re making a promise to your community and customers that you&#039;ll be available and participatory, and backing out on that can be worse than never starting the dialogue at all.

With regard to our panel, I&#039;d say it really isn&#039;t targeted to &quot;n00bs&quot; or those new to the space... I hope that we can offer something of value to some folks that are already in the space working, as well. At the end of the day, we&#039;re here to help, rather than shame. :)
